West Henderson Roofing Spotlight

Expected to open mid-2024, the 40-acre medical campus near the Las Vegas Raiders’ Headquarters and M Resort in West Henderson will span approximately 400,000 square feet and have a five and seven story tower attached to the main hospital building.

For Eberhard Roofing, we provided Lightweight Insulating Concrete over stair-stepped EPS insulation to meet the R-25 insulation value requirement and cover approximately 85,000 square feet across multiple roof decks including the two towers.
