Paseo and Centrico Project Spotlight

Exciting news! Cell-Crete Roofing had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the magical developments at the Disneyland Resort. We’re proud to have worked on two new restaurants, Paseo and Centrico, located in the heart of Downtown Disney. With menus crafted by the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytans, these restaurants are sure to be a culinary delight.

Our team poured 2,380 SF of our innovative Lightweight Insulating Concrete (LWIC) Roof System over the roof structure. This not only provided the necessary 1-HR fire rating for the roof deck assembly but also eliminated the need to fireproof the bottom side of the deck, resulting in accelerated construction.
