Ownership of cellularconcrete.com was transferred by its first owner, Scott Taylor, to Cell-Crete as part of a settlement of Los Angeles Superior Court case number EC 064101. In that case, Cell-Crete sued its former employees, Scott Taylor and Davison Vivit for theft of trade secrets. Cell-Crete also sued George L. Throop Company, the company Taylor and Vivit went to work for and where Cell-Crete’s trade secrets were utilized.  A substantial amount of money was paid to Cell-Crete on behalf of George L. Throop Company, Scott Taylor and Davison Vivit for the claimed theft, as well as the transfer of the domain name cellularconcrete.com.
