About the Webinar

Lightweight cellular concrete has much less mass/weight than earth fill. Designs using LCC can reduce static loads and seismic loads and settlement. Tunnels and pipelines can be designed to accommodate movement and reduce damage at fault zone crossings through controlled crush strength of LCC in over-bored sections. In this webinar you will learn about recent projects that have included cellular concrete in their earthquake resistant designs and discover how you can replicate these methods.

What You Will Learn

  • Seismic benefits of cellular concrete
  • How to protect buried pipes on fault lines
  • Design solutions for geotechnical challenges

Who Should Attend

  • Design Engineers
  • Project Owners
  • Consultants
  • Contractors
