Located in the heart of the San Diego renaissance, these community homes provide downtown convenience and uptown style. These condo towers received 1-1/2″ Gyp-Crete 2000 over Acousti-Mat III and galvanized metal lath through the entire interior areas of four floors. The builder opted to use both Gyp-Crete 2000 and Acousti-Mat III because this system tops the industry standard for sound control and they wanted to offer their future residents the most state-of-the-art materials possible. In addition, 2500 PSI Pea Gravel Gold Leaf color concrete with fibermesh was applied to exterior walkway bridges. Finally, the mechanical roof platforms and stair landings received 2500 PSI Pea Gravel concrete with fibermesh over Enkasonic sound matting.
